It's vital to phrase any posts including a critique without exclusively calling out another associate here or members right from other forums or freakout sites. Doing so can trigger messy "flame wars" which can be difficult to extinguish. One good way would be to just phrase everything as being your own opinion. For example, "I personally find Shawn's words grating, her style over-the-top frustrating, and the fact that she wears a lot purple makes me think she should be mentally unstable" (or what perhaps you have). You can stop there. You don't have to go on to explain how dumbfounded you could be that anyone disagrees for you.
